Staff were great. Very helpful and kind. Entertainment team have a great programme of activities to suit all tastes and went out of their way to make everyone feel included and valued. Food is very good. I liked that soft drinks and local wine/beer were self service, as this massively cut queuing times.

Absolutely delicious food with good variation!!! Very clean rooms, hotel, gardens etc Access to both Bahia Tenerife and Bahia Adeje hotels! Great variety of entertainment Close to outdoor activities (jetski, dolphin/whale watch, parasailing, canyoning, etc) and only 50 minutes from Teide (bus stop nearby). Nice cliffside views of ocean

Considering I could not change the booking via booking.com who I will never use again for booking accommodation, the hotel were very accommodating to us and was impeccably clean. The food was good, even though we were there a week it got quite monotonous. So 2 weeks for me would be a killer all inclusive.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent kids club and mini disco, our daughter simply adored going there. The pools and activities for kids and adults were great. The food was better than expected.

Huge territory with access to a rocky beach and a pathway along the coast, nice facilities, great kids club and entertainment (kudos to Noa, Chris and Cesar 😇) Food was various and fresh. Breakfasts were a bit boring but it’s ok since later during the day you can choose from a great veriaty of meals. Ala carte dinner in Portofino was fantastic too! Access to still water in the lobbies is very much appreciated.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, loved the help yourself during the day at the pool bar for food/ drinks. Room was great size and very clean. Was a range of activities - we enjoyed bingo by the pool, mini golf and the broadway show. Always a huge selection of foods at each meal and plenty of options for veggies too. Key for the room hotel on your wristband was great as you didn't need to always carry around a separate key with you.
